thanks, yeah i feel i have a lot more to go, but its prob. just in my head. I'm 6-2 and the pic doesn't show my arms or back/shoulders well and my hips down are so ripped from endurance training. People always say my skin looks good, veganism def. helps as i am almost 40. people always mistake me for in my early 20s. =)

i will be watching most of it. WIll not be watching basketball. excited for all the cycling, triathlon, swimming, diving, track & field, marathon and i like the gymnastics once they get through the prelims.

the 400 and 800 are sprint events, you just have to be able to sprint the whole time. there are track clubs everywhere. search google, guarantee there is one close to you.
