Hey all, I've been a member of the site for a while and decided to start over with a new account after a period of inactivity. I've been vegan for 8 years and I sincerely believed that it has changed my life. My initial intentions were to reduce my environmental impact, but I soon realized how amazing it was for my body. Staying on a plant based diet has brought me from the edge of being medically obese to a healthy weight. Now people call me a jock and I've started my journey as a (very) amateur boxer/muay thai fighter. I'm looking forward to the contests since they use my competitiveness to keep me active.
