Only dangerous if it's all you eat. I'll have it sometimes although it's usually a lazy substitute to all the other great foods available out there.

Google+ utilizes all the services that Google has offered all this time in one connected place. The circles idea is brilliant too. Oh and Google Talk is so cool and finally people will use it.

Hey, so in the next month I plan to relocate from Delaware to Philadelphia. All of a 45 minute move but I was just wondering if anyone on here is from there and knows any good gyms to go to? Are there any places that are hiring? I've been doing management for awhile but trying to get out of Wawa with my fresh start. Any help is greatly appreciated. Just looking to really network out with some like-minded people.

Protein powder will help. Consider trueprotein.com for affordable stuff. Definitely eat more beans, tofu, nuts and other stuff. You can be feeling tired from lack of proper fuel (food).

5/3/1 is a killer. Make sure you do the whole thing though. I messed up my back after skipping ab workouts for a few weeks and still trying to progress squats/deadlifts.

Yeah. I think their business model is to subscribe as many people as they can who aren't actually going to use the membership. The fat lazy people sign up because they know they need to workout and are comfortable that there won't be anyone there who is actually fit. They never actually go once signing up but are too lazy to cancel because the monthly cost isn't too much. Place literally is the worst. So busy. No barbells. 60lb max on dumbells. Place is mostly for people who don't know any better. It's great for people who are just looking to be in shape but to do any more than that and you're not going to get it. Are the VBBF shirts still available anywhere?
