  1. i do everything barefoot, but still wear vibram FF's for running on wet surfaces. feet need training too!

    hi guys

    i've been mostly vegan and mostly raw for about a year and a half, getting 95% of my calories from fresh fruit. my personal bodybuilding goal is to become stronger while maintaining decent levels of mobility, flexibility and grace through a wide range of activities such as free weights, running, climbing and martial arts. ok, have a nice day everyone
