Thanks everyone! And yes coca cola was invented right here in Atlanta, LOL. The only real difficulties I have are giving up cheese, and I'm not real sure what kind of plan I should follow, I've found that I really love weight training and would also love to build a great deal of muscle but I also need to lose a great deal of body fat. So I Really recently started p90x... but I don't want to give up lifting weights because it makes me so happy... any ideas?

Hello, so I'm only recently trying the vegan thing after 2 years as a vegetarian and only started weight training about a month ago. I was strength training about 5-6 days / week and getting in a 20 min plyo type cardio. Now I've switched to strength 3 days/ week and cardio/ abs 3 days/ week alternating. And I'm not sure if I should have switched, if it really matters. I'm also gonna be eating as cleanly as possible, I'm 5'3 and 129 lbs at the moment, really wanting to drop some weight and gain muscle/tone... not sure what my meals should look like w the kind of working out I'm doing... any advice??
