Hey Everybody,
Me and wife are going on a 90 Day Fitness Journey. We're already about 2

to do it
What I want to do is post up my workout logs here to keep myself
accountable to you guys. I know I can push and do it on my own but why
would I do that when I have you guys and you can encourage me all the
way to success.
So without further do, here we go:

I'm tracking my cardio workouts too but that's a whole different routine all together. If you would like to do this 90 Day Journey with me just go to http://www.mtfjourney.com. I want to thank you guys in advance for encouraging me throughout this journey.

Hey Everybody,
I'm a newbie to the Vegan world and I have a few questions for the "Vegan Vets" out there. I've been working out for a while and I've seen some pretty awesome results when I was a meat eater.
Now that I'm vegan I kind of lost on what to do about protein intake. So I guess I'm asking this, does it matter how much protein I consume? Or is the guidelines on how much protein you should have is over-hyped.
Will I be able to maintain my muscle mass as long as I train properly and eat all natural foods?
