Hello all, I'm new to the board and was so happy to find it. I've been vegan for about 15 years and have recently become interested in Fitness, weight training and body building. I'm underweight and under muscled now and I can't wait to turn that all around and show how successful vegans can be! In addition to working on building muscle I recently started a regular yoga practice and am really enjoying it. I love animals, reading, movies, history, social and environmental justice, simple, sustainable living, diverse cultural events and lots more. I'm happy to "meet" you all.
