Hi everyone, So I'm new to supplements and I have no idea where to start. What multivitamin would you guys recommend me? There are so many choices to choose from. I read on this forum that I as a Vegan should take B-12 (or something like that). Once again what type would you guys recommend? Any particular brand? Other than multivitamins and B-12 would you recommend me any other supplement? (besides protein shakes...I've heard a lot of good things of Vega so I'll try that)
