Hi all ! I want to lose body fat , and i thought about "extreme" diet that based on ketosis , the diet will be for 3 days , and then the 4 other days ill eat normal , but reduce some carbs. morning : protein shake (soy isolate) + multivitamin 11:00 : cucumber lunch : 100gr tofu baked/lightly fried with herbs+broccoli 17:30 : salad with lettuce cucumber and alaflafa (sprouted seeds)+protein shake 21:00 : protein shake 23:30 : avocado all the protein shakes are sweetend with splenda. in one of the "normal" days , ill do aerobic and in other ill do "all body" power exercise what do you think ?
