  1. Im taking soy protein isolate that taste horrible ! im adding to this 1 tbsp of dextrose and 1 tbsp of sweetened cocoa powder and it taste great ! (mixed with 500ml water) if you are adding some soy milk powder its even better
  2. Hi all ! I want to lose body fat , and i thought about "extreme" diet that based on ketosis , the diet will be for 3 days , and then the 4 other days ill eat normal , but reduce some carbs. morning : protein shake (soy isolate) + multivitamin 11:00 : cucumber lunch : 100gr tofu baked/lightly fried with herbs+broccoli 17:30 : salad with lettuce cucumber and alaflafa (sprouted seeds)+protein shake 21:00 : protein shake 23:30 : avocado all the protein shakes are sweetend with splenda. in one of the "normal" days , ill do aerobic and in other ill do "all body" power exercise what do you think ?

Hi all first of all , im new here and im from israel , so im sorry for the wrong english im very confused with all the info on the web...does aerobic always "burning" muscle (even if im consuming after the aerobic a lot of protein?) can i gain muscle but still having aerobic exercise? (3 days aweek anaerobic and 1 day aerobic)
