  1. there is even better and cheaper german brand: ALNATURA Alpro uses always non gmo soy, organic or not...
  2. this is not weird, its great! OK, how about tomato and orange soup? tried it on 811 diet, and it was very good! cucumbers and strawberries blended also taste great. okara left from home made soy milk mixed with plum jam. Is it weird for you to eat pasta with ground walnuts and sugar? because here it is normal! or pasta with sugar, and poppy seeds cooked in soy milk? weird enough?

OK, i finally tasted it! its gross if you eat it with spoon definitely, but good cooking MSG replacement:) i marinated very thinly sliced carrot in marmite, pepper, garlic and basil, and then used it on pizza "instead" of ham. It was pretty good! next thing i found out is i mix some tahini, water, marmite and spices: very nice bread spread! I think i am hooked! I need new jar of marmite asap!!!
  4. i think we dont need extra protein powders at all. Hemp is terrible, and I dont even want to know what pea protein tastes like and Fallen Horse: i heard sprouting makes wheat grain become complete protein... but should you really care? protein combining ... not necessary
  5. hi, thanks! i actually eat high carb low fat... not real fruity 811 diet but i eat lots of fruit that is for sure! typical meals are like 10 bananas, or 1,5 kg potato, or 500 g hummus, lots of bread, etc... PS: i make my own hummus... low fat, just a touch of tahini, and loots of chickepas, lemon...
  6. no, I really LOVE my simple food! I am not forcing myself or crave for other complicated food (though indian food is always welcome, but I thibk of it as taking drugs, like something pleasurable, but unhealthy)... If you eat like this for some time, then the "gourmet" food becomes to strong and sometimes unpleasant... nothing better then simple baked potato with skin, no salt, no spices. Just plane potato, 1,5 kg a meal
  7. starch and carbs in general are the best food for humans... or at least for me. Fats are evil;)
