Rejoined my old gym in Brooklyn, its been 2 years but I just moved back nearby so Im happy to be back and I have a workout buddy again which I'm excited about. Always keep it 1 hunnit when I have a partner around for motivation. The holidays involved some dairy but I'm back on healthy foods track again to start the year off right. Happy New Year to everyone here! Here are my new years fitness goals: 30 pullups, 100 pushups, 3 minutes planks, win a soccer championship. -

Do you eat a lot of beans, tofu, and lentils? If you do these can cause gas and bloating. A couple of tips, eat these foods along side fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchee, nato, etc. They will help you break down the enzymes in the beans and lentils and decrease your gas and bloating. Also eating fruit and beans at the same time can increase gas. So maybe eat them at separate times during the day. Remember tomato is a fruit and been/lentils are often eaten with tomato, so change up some of those recipes if you eat that combo often. Congrats on the success.

C.O. replied to Lady Subrosa's topic in Online Training Journals & Blogs
Yeah Ive found at home workouts help keep progress steady when only able to hit the gym a couple times per week. I do a lot of arms raised wall squats, planks, pushups, pullups, and crawls. -
