  17. I just like cold pressed flax oil, get all your omegas, I like how easy it is to just squirt it on to anything and everything really.

  19. Yeah lifting is more interesting to me as well, so many different exercises/ muscle groups to work. I only like cardio in sports form.
  20. I wouldnt worry about the hormones; however it is much better to get some variety in your diet.
