Chest hair: Shave or wax?
Robbie Dagger replied to xbillyx's topic in Bodybuilding/Strength Training
I've been shaving everything above my belt - and slightly below since I was about 16. The only things I don't shave are my arms and my legs. I can't stand the hair either, I'm not sure what it is. I use conditioner to shave while I'm in the shower and it works real good. Since I started using conditioner to shave in the shower I have never have any issues. The more you shave the more your skin will get used to it and after a while it doesn't irritate the skin anymore or at least as much. -

Thanks guys! Yeah I'll definitely be there. I can't resist all that food the vendors sell. Good thing it falls on one of my "free" days.

I ride around Orlando and I've never been hit by a car or anything like that. One time when I was a rookie I pedaled into a sharp left going 20 something. My friend said I did a couple flips with the bike and then the bike flew away from me and hit a fence. I stood up right away because of the rush. Banged up my knees, ankles, chest and back (I ride topless) but no serious injuries luckily. And of course I wasn't wearing my helmet.

I've tried grilling with it. I marinate it with some lemon and adobo. It came out alright, but I'd be interested to hear if anyone made anything really good with tofu on the grill. Usually I just cut it up and dip the cubes in peanut butter, ginger, or soy sauce.

What are the bulkers eating???
Robbie Dagger replied to xveganjoshx's topic in Bodybuilding/Strength Training
Hang in there Grape Nuts. I tend to cheat quite a bit and even though I'm cheating with clean foods I put on fat pretty quickly. I try to follow the glycemic load principles of keeping all my meals at no more than 15. Anyone ever had any success with this? It's hard work. It seems like a lot of trial and error to figure out what works best for your own individual body. -
Hey whats up? My name is Robbie and I'm 23. I've been visiting this place for a while now, and I finally decided to make a profile today. I've been Veg (going between vegan and vegetarian) for about 2 years now, and before that I was an almost exclusive carnivore. Those were dark times. I'm currently vegan but some of my favorite foods are cheeses, so it hasn't been easy. Anyways I love to fight, make music, smoke ganja, meet new people and work out! I'm looking forward to meeting you all.
