  11. Yes it is possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. However you won't notice you're losing any weight as your body can be keeping the same mass while changing the proportions of fat to muscle. You should probably buy a fat % measuring scale. Also for fat burners use Chromium picolinate. CLA is expensive though, and usually they come with a 90 pill container, and that only lasts 30 days since you need 3.4g a day of it. However you only need 1 chromium picolinate a day and it comes in 90 pill container. You should also be taking MCT (medium chain tryglicerides) derived from coconut oil. Three tbsp a day with each meal. Good for fat loss. Second is taking 200mg of caffeine alkaloid a day, one in morning and at lunch. Third is taking in vegetarian-based creatine monohydrate pre and post workout. Personally if I were you I would be doing 80% cardio and 20% weights, since there is lots of fat there. Actually I think a 2012 goal is unrealistic. It took more than one year to gain all that fat so it's unlikely that you can get rid of it that fast. Stick with a whole foods, plant based diet and this will also reduce your risk of diabetes and lower your cholesterol levels as well. Hope you can stick it out
  12. Chemtrails aren't fake, same with weather modification. That's just your opinion. Perhaps you've already made up your mind that the government loves you and would never do anything in secret. Anyways leave discussions like this for another thread.
  13. I don't consider insects animals, they are insects. So I will eat their food. Oh and btw, the bee's aren't being killed by pesticides, they were doing fine until the secret UN program for solar shielding started in the mid-90s called chemtrails. Look it up online. They spray particularized aluminum and barium which f*ck up the bee's radar system and also kills them.
  14. Ya actually there usually are free community yoga programs. There are lots in Vancouver here. Actually since your in San Diego there should be lots, maybe look online
  15. i noticed you really eat lots of bananas. are they the organic variety ?
  16. right now: pre workout: 1 tsp creatine monohydrate 2 tbsp L-Carnatine 1 tbsp muscle http://www.iwantmuscle.com mixed with orange juice in a glass post workout: 1 tsp creatine monohydrate 1 tbsp MCT (medium chain tryglicerides) 2 tbsp L-Carnatine 1 tbsp muscle http://www.iwantmuscle.com 300ML so good original classic 1/4 cup organic hemp protein [ 2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds 2 tbsp ground flax seeds ] - if not taken at breakfast frozen blue, black, rasp berries added together and blended. lately my workouts have been going to 90 minutes of hot yoga.
  17. looks like all of the above actually drink shakes for breakfast. interesting ! but i like to do it bowl and spoon style
  18. Well I've perfected my daily breakfast routine and I'm quite proud of it. Cold cereal: Beno the Granola King Hazlenut Hemp ! http://thegranolaking.com/products/gourmetgranola.htm A 2KG bag costs $28 at famous foods. It's expensive but addictive as crystal meth and tastes great. And there are even little 'fortune' messages in each bag. So Good soymilk original classic . Must be the classic original, not the original. Added onto the cereal is 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds, and shelled hemp seeds each. Then added is about a 1/4 cup of frozen berries. Must only be the mixture of rasp, blue and black. NO strawberries because they are too big to chew frozen and I'm not too fond of them anyways. Then for drink I use president's choice organic, with pulp, not from concentrate florida orange juice. Unfortunately it's pasteurized but I have not found an un-pasteurized orange juice drink that meets my criteria.
  19. Hi my name is Rob and I live in Vancouver. Been vegan for 3 years now. I starting working out when I was 18. My major weakness is my wrist joints. I have carpel tunnel and poor circulation in my hands. I can't do any upper body work until my joints completely heal. However I do get regular acupressure treatments from a Chinese doctor that work the best to relax my forearms. I also like to do hot yoga. Anyways, I'd like to join this community and see what everyone else is doing for their routines. Once I make friends with people on this forum I'd like to ad them to my facebook friends too !
