  1. Hey everybody, it's great to be here! I've been following Robert for a while (finding him hugely inspirational, thanks Robert) and recently bought his book. I've been into raw and vegan eating for about 5 years and although I love the food I feel like I am probably not taking in enough protein to gain muscle in the way that i'd like. I'm keen to learn how to do that better. I do yoga (hot yoga, bikram) 4 or 5 times a week and have a background in amateur dance but I've never done any lifting consistantly enough to see any real results. I'm excited to see what I can achieve and contribute with my new enthusiasm for weights! and the support and info on this forum. Thanks for the opportunity
