Are you getting enough calories for that level of activity? Not criticizing or offering an opinion, genuinely asking. I'm 5' 3 1/2" and would probably run 1400-1800 with shorter workouts. Let's see if bumping this draws any responses. I just got Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness, love it, and had the same question about scaling calories. I'm 5'4", 110 about 24% body fat and not looking to compete. Trying to therefore shed more fat while building muscle, although to some degree, I'd rate the fat loss higher as I think some of the muscle is there just waiting to be revealed . Thanks!
