  1. Just wanted to know how many other people on this forum food combining. I started not eating protein and carbs together a year ago and i feel much better for it and just wanting to talk to others who do this.
  2. Does anyone take liquid vitamins, ive just changed from a normal multi vit. My bottle of liquid vitamins has an orac score of 100,000 so its better absorbed. Its great and I have more energy it makes me wonder how much of the tablet vitamins was getting to my body.
