Hello everyone. My name is ryan, and I have been vegan for about a year and a half. Ive had Roberts book for a bit but just realized there was a forum, so im stoked. Glad to see there are so many people involved in this kind of thing. In the past year I have become very adamant about weight lifting and working to get stronger and stronger. Partially for my health, and partially to show all my nay-saying friends who think Im crazy. So far id say they are impressed. To spare you all the detail i say hello to all. -Ryan
