  2. Suggestions for affordable, calorie free sugar substitute that's vegan/not animal tested? Splenda is out, right? I've been going through truvia like water and its expensive, and i dont know how it developed in the lab. Xylitol?? Anybody? I'm bulking but still told I need to cut my sugar!!

  4. OHHH I've heard of DOMS....when I first started working out again last year and worked my abs it was so painful to roll over in bed! now i still get it sometimes...like today in my damn shoulders, I have to change my whole planned routine...keep us posted on how the creatine continues to work!

  7. HAHA WHAT IS DOMS? Creatine helped me too...or its at least having a placebo effect.
  8. u look great and definitely have a solid base to do this. i would suggest vary ur workout and add more exercises for each muscle group. do back one day. chest. the next. arms next shoulders next. and very importanly legs the next...squats lunges presses and isolation moves on quads an hammies. incorporate ur current ab routine. do u need my suggestions for more exercises? im typing on my phone rght now but would be happy to add more later let me know!

  10. veganessentials you really are right on. AleNLP, exactly about drug dependency, I see it all too much especially in my line of work (social worker). I want to be a trainer instead!! i got attacked on facebook last night by two veteran body builders who say i can never make it with just tofu...and need to eat "chicken, eggs, fish, and chopped meat" ew. they really didnt listen when i responded that i get 250grams of protein a day...
  11. HMMM I dont know. I ate a months worth of sodium this weekend and feel crappy about it. One woman on here told me that she stays like below 200 or something while cutting for shows... Ive also heard that 1k is good (much lower than whatever the national recommendation is)... I feel like 3k is a lot no matter how many calories u are eating...

  14. I need to get the hell out of Jersey. I've done NYC and can't deal with it. I need cheap housing, job opportunities, and a vegan roommate, cheap gym, vegan friendly area? Any recommendations? I have my MSW and a license.
  15. Well if nothing else taking creatine has a ridiculous placebo effect. Most of my lifts have gone up...5lbs up on rows, over head presses, dumbbell presses, 10lbs or so on lunges, quad ext up to 115. gonna go up 5 more plbs in most upper body exercieses except for biceps. oh im also curling 10lbs more o dumbbell. i mean i have also been really focusing on goin gheavy ause im bulking and eating tons more and more protein...try it during a bulk and see what u think. ....
