  3. Nice, yeah, I agree there! Isn't Indian food awesome by the way? I have still yet to find a place that does a vegan Vindaloo (as that was my favourite flavoured curry when I was an omnivore). Every single Indian joint has only served meat vindaloo's.

  6. Make sure that you arent in a deficit/ low carbs if you are taking creatine, as creatine relies on you to take in a feasible amount of carbs in order to work and function properly. If you are cutting your carbs while taking creatine, then any creatine taken will be wasted, essentially.

  11. I have been following this principle for bulking in the past two to three weeks, and it is working great. Anyone else here follow this?
  12. Great Routine! There is one thing however that I suggest you should incorporate into your week to help speed your asthetic process up. That is to use a rowing machine. Do a short 10-15 minute HIIT session on a rowing machine 3 days a week with a day in between each one. This will shred your body and you will become diced, as long as you are eating clean: i.e. not too much crap like vegan ice cream, sweets etc. I use the site below for tracking my calories and macros: http://www.myfitnesspal.com This is a great FREE site for tracking your food intake, whether you're cutting or bulking, plus it is very easy to use. And may I also just add, welcome to the community !
  13. I had the same problem once (couldn't stomach food unleess it was sweet. My advice, eat some PB and J sandwiches (with quality ingredients (100% stoneground bread, 100% peanut butter, 100% real fruit Jam, or sugarfree jam if you are worried about sugar intake). The bread and PB will form a complete protein, and 100% stoneground breads usually contain 8-10grams of protein 'per slice' (16-20g per 2 slices). combine this with the protein from 20g of peanut butter and you have about 27g of protein, 30-35g carbs, and 10-12g fat (Plus it tastes sooo good). Also, try having a piece of fruit with each meal, it gets your taste buds going, whilst providing your body with vitamins and will aid in overall digestion of the meal.

If you look at my last Upper Body Power Day (my first day of this nnew routine) and compare it to today, you will see that I have improved each exercise by either upping the weight, upping the reps, or even for a select few of the exercises (both). THAT is excluding one of the bicep curl sets where i actually went down, not sure why though.

Just an idea for anyone out there looking to gain some muscle: 4 pieces of soy and linseed(flaxseed) bread 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter 1 tablespoon of 100% fruit Jam (The above makes 2 PB & J sandwiches) 2 vegan sausages Totals approx: 700 cal, 45-50g protein, 40g carbs, 24g fat, 10-15g fibre Occasionally I will also throw in a 1 scoop protein shake which brings the macros to: 65-70g protein, 42g carbs, 24g fat, 10-15g fibre.
