Hi guys, im from Argentina, my english is not good, but hope you understand me. well, i found thi forum after some time of searching... i have a lot of question for all you i started to be Vegan since 1th of january of this year, after 5 months and 10 days i loose 7 kg of weight I just do martial arts and my body looks not good now... i im 31 Years Old and was 75kg and now 68. i really dont want to drop until 65! I just want to see if some of you can point me to some good resource of Diets and Recips to start gaining some kgs again. I will start working with weights to try to recover my mass muscle. well thank in advance
