  2. thanks. Yeah I tan maybe once a week when I have ten minutes to spare. My weight is around 183. I quit obsessing over it. I just dont care at the moment. My current goal is to get my stomach fat back off. Every night this week Ive had nothing but brown rice for dinner. Nothing really with it just brown rice and some liquid Braggs aminos. I can tell a difference! Ive also been eating clean throughout the day(no more chili-lime veg nuggets from Earthfare) and have seen a huge difference in my energy levels. Much more now. I was starting to get really groggy and sleepy thoughout the day and now if I even try and lay down I cant do it. Im still making kombucha and am now making kefir water. You should come visit some time yo.
  3. I'm a person who doesn't like to eat all the time so for me not like they are now. You can look back at pictures of me[on here] when I didn't use any supplements and I wasn't as big nor as defined. It's possible to build without them but in my opinion they don't hurt anything! Also, try to get a protein blend(hemp,pea,soy,brown rice). I prefer brown rice and hemp over the others.
  4. The only supplements I take are protein powders(vega and sunwarrior mostly), vega sport, and glucosamine and zinc when my joints are sore. I actually lost all my muscle becoming vegan over 3 years ago and had to rebuild it back up. So I guess in a sense I built it all on a vegan diet. I believe I weighed 208-213 when I started being vegan and now I'm in the low 180s.
  5. 1.) Yes. 2.) I eat plant based foods. Mostly tofu, oats, almond milk, quinoa, baby spinach, brown rice, potatoes, fruits, kombucha, Vega, Sunwarrior. 3.) I train to stay fit right now. Can you be a little more specific? Why do I have to be canadian?

  7. I found some vega natural a while back(brand new) and it had expired in '09. I gave it away and have heard no complaints.
  8. I read and still have his book when it was called the 10 New Rules of Weightlifting. It was basic stuff but made me realize I had to go down more on my squats(after reading his story). So I did. And within 10 months I went from the bar-315lbs below parallel for 5reps. I never really looked at his diet plan nor workout plan.
  9. I must say 2 scoops of Vanilla chai and 1 scoop of Shake N Go Smoothie mix(either vanilla almond or mango) in water is whats up!

The girl who appeared to be in her teens lives in the central town of Bugojno, police spokesman Sefir Barucija was quoted by SRNA news agency as saying, but officers did not plan to reveal her identity publicly. Under Bosnian law a person who kills or tortures animals is punishable only with fines ranging from 15 to 5,000 euros (19 to 6,400 dollars). If the girl was found guilty and fined it would be the first such case in Bosnia. Local media reported that girl's grandmother had told her to throw the three-day-old puppies into the river. The girl believed that throwing puppies into river was "the most merciful" way to get rid off them, the reports said. The 44-second video shows a blonde girl in a red sweatshirt casually taking the squealing black-and-white puppies out of a white bucket and tossing them into the fast-moving river one by one.   18. I say lunges because after seeing RC's glute striations last year and not mine.. I started doing walking lunges and just after about 2-3 weeks of doing them my ass got way smaller and tightened up tremendously. Ask RC: as i was pic messaging him pics of my glutes...lol
  19. I just go to school mon-fri and have a night class on Thrs. It'd be cool if you wanted to come on thrs night and stay a few nights. Gym is less than 2min up the street And it would be free for you. Just let me know. U could do that then we could drive to Nashville on the weekend...
  20. Thanks Joe and Robert for the B-day wishes. I've been lifting hard and heavy now for 3 weeks. My right elbow pain is back and have been using an Ace elbow wrap for it and it seems to be working for the most part. It almost feels as if bone is grinding on bone. May get it checked out soon, when I feel whimpy. I've worked out from last Sunday to Thursday with no stops and took Friday off. Worked out a little bit yest and tore some chest up today. I have a pic up in the photo section of the forums. My weight is about 179-183 +/- My eating has gotten lots better and feel I will be seeing some good results from it. I'm back to eating my oatmeal for breakfast and rice/quinoa at night. No more probars as I find those hard to eat now(chewing is a pain) and do no bars. I still do sunwarrior shakes in water on a daily basis(they get me through class). I'm also taking Earthfare brand glucosamine and tart cherry juice concentrate for my joints.
