  1. It actually only lasts me the morning. I go to work at 5:30am and I usually finish it around 1:00pm or so. I made it today without all that pb and it tasted so much fresher!
  2. Get a your Blender, 2 Cups of Ice, some Fruit, freshly ground Peanut Butter and some Protein Powder. All fruit weighed in at 4oz each kind: apples blueberries Blackberries Raspberries Pineapples Bananas Oranges Pears 1c of natural peanut butter(freshly ground not bottled) 4 scoops of Nikken creamy Vanilla Protein Powder. Blend until... well, blended. I used a "Bubba Keg" ($10) from walmart to hold this since its insulated, easy to carry, and holds 72oz of pure smoothie goodness. These ingredients youll have to break up into two different blends. So blend half of the list, then the other half and you should yield about 70oz. ENJOY!!! total calories: 2,263.5 total carbs: 179.3g total protein: 107g total fat: 138.5g per 8oz serving(9 servings out of this) calories: 251.5 carbs: 19.9g protein: 11.9g fat: 15.4g
  3. Do it like this: A protein shake should be added to your diet on a regular basis. If you you have it too often during the day it might make you constipated and so dry the poo-poo wont want to come out (take it from my experience). Drink one as a snack compared to candy or crap foods. Buy one that tastes good so its not a chore to guzzle one down and you can enjoy it. Ive read you should eat a carrot with it cause the betacarotene will aid your body into digesting more of the protein quicker compared to by itself.
  4. thank you thank you, glad to be here. My fav is: "...there is no greater pleasure than taking a big, steamy dump."
  5. to this board. I had read a book called Skinny Bitch, by Kim Barnouin & Rory Freedman and had decided to email then to give each Kudos for writing it and they sent me an email back with this site as a recommendation to check out. So here I am. I have been self-teaching myself fitness for 7 years(am almost 25yrs old now). About a year ago I weighed 223lbs(230 was a goal) and 18% bodyfat, was working out but didnt feel healthy. I dropped my weight by eating fresh fruits and veges only. I know am 184lbs and 4% bodyfat at 5'11". I dont: eat bread, meats, candy, fast-food, or drink milk or soda. Sugar is Evil and Salt is its companion!! Lately I have been thinking about competing here in Alabama, but have no guidance from anyone that is natural and drug-free. Ill post some pics in the appropriate section so you all can see what im working with. Im happy to be here and hope I can continue to grow both physically and mentally.
