  2. I've been vegetarian for a few years and what to go completely vegan now. But I have no idea how to calculate what to eat so that I'm nutritionally balanced while I begin weight lifting and cardio 6 days a week. At this point I have a lot of fat to shed. Argh!! Any recommendations? Thanks! Sarah
