  1. i was doing a little interval training during the winter, cause i can't breathe too much of this damn cold air or it begins to hurt, so i did a lot of on the spot sprinting. today i went to do some interval sprinting outside (first time running fast since trying to catch the bus a year or so ago lol) and only after 6 intervals i was fried. so much harder sprinting outside than sprinting on the spot in the basement lol ...... what a fat ass i am haha
  2. called to confirm my meal, i didn't mention it was veggie (if i said it was veggie she may have just said yes without checking), and she said "vegetarian non-dairy?" ..... so that's good hehe
  3. oh man, those things freak me out haha i remember one of my first lower back fuckups and it was one legged squat on a smith machine, so now one legged squats already scare me
  4. personally, i'd be on the fence. sure meat is generally unhealthy, but if we can take animals out of the equation, don't you think this would be a road to venture down with much less murder, at least for people which still eat meat.
  5. i'm a little curious. do you mind sharing what sort of interval training you do exactly? i'm trying 15seconds sprinting on the spot (i guess i should hit the park now since it's getting warmer) then 30-60seconds rest, and repeat about 6+ times. you do something similar? because i'd like some results too haha
  6. what does he eat? ... they'll tell you .... craaaazy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUvjXQHt6QQ
  7. awesome! i wonder if they'll be the first to bring a bill banning meat as well hehe http://groups.google.com/group/AR-News/browse_thread/thread/b52d060eb12b650e
  8. pft whatever, i can do 1 finger pushups welcome
  9. that really got me wanting to go do some pullups i'll tell ya that haha
  10. i was there last maybe 18 or so years ago, long before being vegan. i'm staying with family in a little town porajow, population 2,500 haha but luckily, about a 30 minute bus ride gets me into a larger town which apparently has the 3 major supermarket chains with lots of veggie options ... won't be anywhere near lodz, warsaw or krakow, but much appreciated apparently there's soooooo many vegetarian restaurants in poland it's scary, considering the image you first think of poland (meat meat meat) i'm also on a polish forum and i was surprised there was a thread there on being veg in poland, which helped tons http://www.polishforums.com/vegetarian_food_poland-8_2709_0.html
  11. Just like the time used to make these posts. I assume every minute of your day is optimally utilized? oh snap hahaha
  12. figured since i'll be flying for the first time in about 8 years, and first time since vegan, wondering what everyone's favorite airlines are. what vegan dish did you get? were seats comfortable? power outlets? etc... the usual. I thought we'd be going Air Canada to Germany than Lufthansa to Poland, but apparently it's Lufthansa all around i'm so uber excited about the trip, but i really can't wait for the flight to see what vegan food i get haha
  13. good i finally found someone who loves it .... ok..... why exactly? facebook has the status updates which you can comment on and interact a little more with, why is twitter so popular if it feels a tad limited to me? :S .... am i missing something with twitter?
  14. i don't really share my toilet routine on twitter ... that's more of an msn conversation hehe
  15. little surprised twitter didn't come up even once in this entire forum, does no one have it? ... i have one, but i don't really get it haha
  16. what is it? all i read was "lean meat, seafood, plants, fruit, and nuts" is what the paleo so i assume a vegan version is just plants, fruit and nuts?? isn't that what a lot of people do already? in the jain religion?
  17. http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3055741 what's wrong with this product? (click product info) not a trick question, it's quite obvious, if you know how to read
  18. i'm sure 90% of the members in here have seen it .... it's kinda like asking a nerd if they've seen star trek but ya, i've seen it, just once though, that was enough for me .... i don't need to see it more than that really, just thinking about the flick reminds me why i stay with the vegan thing
  19. http://watch.thecomedynetwork.ca/the-colbert-report/interviews-a-z/#clip145151 for us canadians
  20. may not agree completely with the guy, but i'm sure it'll be interesting none the less. i'm hoping he's on a panel, but doubt it
  21. yup saw the commercial saturday during ultimate fight night i'm sure it'll be good fun
  22. i wondering if anyone would know what could be causing me some pain i'm having in my upper right chest area. there are times i'm in the car and i go and grab something from the backseat, and my upper right muscles in the chest get tight and really start to ache with some tightness, sometimes needle type sensations. my workout consistent of interval sprint training and medicine ball stuff so i'm not really doing anything that could cause a tear or something serious to the muscles i think. i may just go to the doc and get my yearly blood work but my blood pressure is always insanely low so i don't think it's that, but if anyone's had something like this and fixed it, share
  23. my miracle solution is hydrogen peroxide .... man, i tried oregano oil and other natural stuff, and those scrubs and washes. the only thing that somewhat worked was that infomercial stuff (forget the name) but it was too expensive in the long run. it's really weird, because i had the worst acne, even through the nasty winters where it used to get really really bad, i've been clear when i use the stuff. i'm quite surprised actually
