Hey, I'm Mj a vinyasa yoga instructor and recreational BB'er from NYC. Will be starting a log in the training section of the forums to help stay accountable through my first prep. Was originally going to do it at bodybuilding.com but... the community there isn't so fond of plant based diets from my experience. Oh well, their loss for being closed minded. I've been a veggie for 3 years, and a vegan for 1. Tried out raw foodism for a while but that got a little too frustrating and restricting to meet macro requirements on a college budget. So veganism it was Favorite lift is the deadlift, favorite pose is king pigeon, and favorite cardio running. Hope to see everyone around!
