My go to meal (use organic when possible) is one large baked sweet potatoe, 1 large avocado, large helping of Quinoa (grain like seed with lots of complete protein) and add nuts/seeds as needed/tolerated for extra protein/fat. This can be a real big calorie meal, feel free to tweak and add to it as needed. I make a massive bowl of this stuff and I am starving just a couple of hours later as it is all readily available for the body. Green tea helps the stomach to empty so you can have a hot cup of that about an hour later to help keep things going.
