  1. This is really what most experts say. I wonder if there are any new finding about it though.
  2. I train as long as it's just simple sickness like colds, if it gets harder than that, I stop working out!
  3. Chinese Siomai, Tofu, Sweet Potato, Chicken Breast (anything with flavor I don't like steamed), milk, tons of eggs, quail eggs (not healthy), Steak
  4. Bro can you post pics of yourself now? We're about the same situation when you first posted. I'm 5'10" and 150 lbs now. ^_^ I need inspiration man.
