I posted this in the Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness page on Facebook. It seemed to really inspire and motivate others. Which is my main goal in life. I'd like to remind everyone that at any age you can make the choice to change your life. It may take time but it can always be done. I love this community.

I'll be starting a new log up later that will be a constant life and progression log and I want to keep that going for at least a few years.
