  1. Thats awesome progress man! All your muscle groups are getting really defined. Keep it up.
  2. I would add more protein and carbohydrates in the early hours of the day, especially for breakfast. Your body can absorb more carbs and protein early in the day and less fat. Its the opposite at night. You subtract the carbs and add more fat. It will help you in making lean gains.
  3. I heard about Nick a while back when i saw the trailer for the movie they made about his journey. His story is incredible and he's really inspiring. I also think its pretty sick to do pullups while also pulling a wheelchair up with you.

  5. Drop the weight to the point where you can get a full range of motion. Flex your lats and keep perfect form. Something that helped me is I stopped wrapping my thumb around the bar and I just use my fingers as hooks on the bar.   6. Youre not fat at all. You have pretty low body fat actually. looking good so far, keep up the good work.

  10. . When it comes to health- the ingestion of any dietary cholesterol is terrible for your health and will eventually lead to health problems. It doesn't matter how you got your animal products, they're still the only source of dietary cholesterol. We aren't made to eat these animal foods. It isn't natural to eat eggs from a hens menstrual cycle, it isn't natural to drink milk from a mother cow that would otherwise go to feeding her babies. And it isn't natural for human beings to kill and eat animals. We aren't carnivorous, have you ever seen a lion cook his kill over flame till it was just right? No, they eat it raw. Something their intestines were made for. So go try to eat a bunch of raw meat. See what happens to your body.
  11. I plan to compete in April. It will be my first contest. Its the NPA Mr. Virginia. Ill be competing in the teen division. I'd love some advice from others who have already competed. I'm extremely excited.

  15. It seems to really improve my recovery time when I take it with creatine and brown rice protein.
  16. Its gluten free. Most soy sauce isn't. The sodium content is pretty low.
  17. Thanks Robert. I'm glad to be here. Things have been going great lately. I'm currently bulking up and loving it. The site is amazing and getting better all the time!
  18. I usually eat two peanut butter and banana sandwiches before bed as well. With ezekiel bread, it's delicious.
  19. Bananas work great to sweeten protein shakes.
