I found this site a few years ago and it has changed allot! I have been Vegan now for 3 consecutive years, off and on for 6 years. My main reason for become vegan is due to my study of the bible and discovering that man's original diet was vegan. Then other things were exposed to me like modern animal husbandry and so forth. Currently I will be getting back into my routine of exercise and I look forward to the results. Cheers,
