  3. Hi everyone, I'm looking to drop the extra body fat and then work on bulking afterwards (but losing the fat first is my main priority). I'm new to the whole vegan thing, and I'm not exactly sure what my ratios of protein, carbs, and fat should be. Especially since it'll be a lot harder to get protein. I already have the calorie deficit going and lift heavy 3 times a week with 2-3 days of cardio, and just would like to know how much protein and carbs I should be getting (I'm guessing fat will be pretty low too). Thanks!
  4. Hi everyone, I'm 21 and decided recently I cannot deal with meat any longer. It's not that it's an ethical issue with me (although I'll agree it's wrong what they do to animals), it's more of a health issue. I don't like the idea of how all animals seem to be raised eating junk, pumped full of hormones and steroids to make them meatier, and then I end up eating all of that crap. It makes me feel sick to my stomach whenever I eat any meat. I do still love eggs, but I rarely consume them (I drink almond milk, and I can't cook eggs to save my life). I'm also looking to drop some more body fat (dropped from 300 to 193 so far). I have no doubt in my mind that not eating meat will help considering there's a lot of fat in meat, and it makes me feel like crap.
