Hey everyone, I'm an ectomorph, so I'm not expecting huge bulging muscles. But I want a nice physique and I want to gain more weight. I use to weigh 120lbs. and I'm 5'11. Ouch I know. But I became a vegan about 3 months ago and I gained 15lbs. So these pictures are me at 135 lbs. This is my bulking plan: 6 meals per day ( I know I should do 10 but I need to sleep too) My exercise days: 3 days off and 4 days on I will only do 12 min cardio as a warm up. I read alof of pros and cons about doing cardio while bulking but I just love to get my blood pumping, any thoughts? Seeing Chewy's pics inspired me because he was an Ectomorph, and he was able to change his body. My goal is to be 180lbs. See everyone in Jan. I will post results.
