I'm going to start incorporating more compound lifts to my routine. For beginners-intermediate builders, I've heard that this is a wise choice. Once you've been doing compounds for a while, then you can add more isolation workouts.

Just received this. Anybody else try it?

Tofu/avocado/veggie sandwich with tomatoes, vegan cheddar cheese, and jalapenos. With coconut water and an apple.
(Boring, I know. But I haven't really eaten out or made a special dish this year).

Currently reading "Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness" by Robert Cheeke.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm currently transitioning from vegetarian to vegan.

....The employee there told me before I bought it that it contains estrogen, and men should stay away from it COMPLETELY....
The employee there isn't very educated
Here is a great article to get informed. Take care! http://www.veganhealth.org/articles/soy_harm
I thought the same thing.
Thanks for the article.

Just bought soy protein last night. The employee there told me before I bought it that it contains estrogen, and men should stay away from it COMPLETELY.
I'm very new to vegan protein powders. I guess I'll finish the soy and then buy another form of protein.

I've always been into vegetarianism and veganism. And I've definitely always been into bodybuilding/fitness. Robert Cheeke has inspired me. And it's because of him that I know it's possible to build a lot of muscle as a vegan.
As of now, I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan. But I am trying vegan nutrition when it comes to my training. I'm glad there's a forum where I can chat and have support from other people going through the same challenge.
Well, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Adrian
Looks like I hit a milestone. Just made my 20,000th post!
