I don't know the science, or pretty much any of the logic behind it but was told by lots of seasoned veterans in the world of lifting/bodybuilding to eat every 2.5-3 hours. So I do. I start the day with a cup of rolled oats and a glass of soymilk at 7:30. PB and J on whole grain and a banana at 10. Lunch at 12. Snack at 2:30 (trail mix, fruits, veggies, protein bar, tofu) Gym at 4:15 Dinner at 6:15 Protein at 8:30ish Random snack before bed

How do you continue to get stronger?

Consistency! Hit the gym as much as possible, pending your body feels recovered. Always try to lift more than you did the week before. Whether that comes in adding weight, reps or sets. Even if you can't push through it, you gotta struggle !! Also, I notice that eating more frequently and getting on a better sleep pattern has really helped with motivating me in the gym -
Good luck, keep updating this I look forward to reading your progress. Also, the Silk Soy creamer is so good, my grandmother didnt even know when I served it to her in her coffee. Just sayin !!

Awesome! Very informative, and I love the recipe! I have a huge bag of lentils in my pantry that have been begging to get used! Consistency is KEY! 6-7 days a week for me. People kept telling me I am "over training" but I listen to my body. I am not working muscles that are sore, and I am having FUN in the gym. Here is a video I saw last week that backs my belief hahaha. Disclaimer: There is swearing in this video. -
