Have any Canadians had any luck ordering from this website? I know it says they Ship to Canada, but I am not sure if it is still worth it once Shipping+handling+duty have been factored in?
If not, any other recommendations? I have been using Vega for years, and while I LOVE it, my bank account does not.. I just bought a house / got engaged and trying to save a few bucks.
Thanks in advance!

This is great progress, good job!

This is awesome, congrats! I was the exact same way with Wide Grip Pullups where I couldn't even pull myself up once, and can now do 7-10 reps for multiple sets. It really is a great feeling, keep it up!

As of two weeks ago I hit155lbs x 2. I have had 3-4 chest days since then so I am hoping that I will be able to surpass my body weight (160) this week!

Great video! (aside from the salmon and cheese!) I can already pick out some errors in my lift just from watching this video, thanks!

I love Robert's book and am always finding myself going back to it for reference points. A very good book packed full of goodness.

Well, up until this week I was hitting each body part once a week, with a day of cardio in there.
Chest , Back , Legs , Shoulders , Arms, Cardio+Core
Now, I am trying a 3 day split so I can hit each body part twice a week
M:Chest/back
T:Shoulders/Legs
W: Arms
Rinse and Repeat twice a week, with abs and core exercises in there. So far so good, I am sore every day but by the time it comes to repeat the cycle, that body part is itchin for some pump.

Hey All, this is my first progress photo. I was working out in the early spring/summer, but due to hockey injuries / buying a house , I gave it up. I have been back in the gym ( 6 days a week ) since November 15th, and I have FULL intentions to keep this going until I am too old or brittle to be there anymore. I am finding a solace in the gym. A kind of peace that I never knew could exist by simply moving heavy objects around...
These might have been after a couple of weeks in the gym. (around November 15th,2012)

I've got a LONG way to go, but I am loving every second of it.

Thanks all! Yeah I will be working on a journal as well!

Ps I am at work and on my phone and sort of rambling, so I apologize to anyone that actually had to put up with that novel I typed out. I USUALLY make sense with what I am trying to say.

Hey all, the name's Evan ! I live just outside Niagara Falls, Ontario! I am 26 years old and have been vegan for the past 5 years and vegetarian for 3 Years before that.
I am a long time reader and a new poster to these parts. I feel that I may be able to offer some insight, personal stories, advice, etc and am excited to join in this active/amazing community.
I remember meeting Robert at farm sanctuary hoe down a few years ago and after reading his book I have been extremely inspired to do more with myself. However, life got in the way.
School, work, buying a house, hockey and hockey injuries kept me from fully committing.
Since middle November I have been in the gym 6 days a week and loving every second of it. I am literally getting compliments multiple times a day about my size I am putting on which is getting me EVEN MORE inspired.
I will be starting a personal thread in the before/after forums this evening as well. Look forward to conversing with you all!!

Hey Robert, I already have your book but if you had some excess merch and want to throw me together a package, I will buy one off you. I can never have too much Vega! Let me know how much you want for a package!

Long time vegan/AR activist, and a long time reader of this board I finally feel ready to start this commitment. I have read Robert's book and love every page of it. I have spent hundreds of hours on this forum/website and finally feel like I have enough information to contribute to this site and start my development! Look forward to growing with all of you!

One coffee a day (Kicking Horse). Aside from that, the occasional Starbucks!
