  1. Could someone here point me to the right protein powders I could use as a replacement for the following: 1) Dairy Whey 2) Casein for slow absorption Is there a combination of protein powders that would provide a similar amino acid profile? BTW, I eat eggs, and have no intention of stopping because our happy chickens produce them. I hope this doesn't disqualify me of using this forum. Also, is there any information about the negative effects of soy on testosterone levels? Is it bunk or is it for real? Scientific data would be appreciated. Thanks.
