  1. Hi Everyone. I need some quick and easy protein sources. I have not eaten meat for 30 years, I was a crapeterian. In the lst 5 months I have lost 85 lbs and have 115 to go. My protein was maybe 15g a day when I started working out and I have a trainer that I see 2 times a week and she wants my protein up. I have added in protein bars and fat free greek yogurt and get to about 72g. I would love to eliminate all dairy (cheese, organic sour cream with no gelatin, and cheese, are the only animal products I consume) and be Vegan and healthy. All help is welcomed and extremely appreciated. Thank you, Kelly
