My favorite article was "What to eat before and after exercise" because I am new to the vegan lifestyle but not weight lifting. It's taking a conscious effort for me to not immediately think PROTEIN - MEAT- EGGS- for gaining mass. Hi everyone! I have been some sort of vegetarian almost all of my life. Not for much of a reason other than I just didn't like it. For the past few years I have gotten increasingly conscious about my health and that of my family. I have also been active all of my life but just recently started lifting weights on a regular basis.
