  1. durianrider eats sometimes up to 70 bananas a day.Make sure you stay away from citruces.That thing will destroy your teeth.


    One way to combat this is to rinse your mouth with water right away after eating citruses, it will reduce the acids in your mouth significantly.


    that and using a straw.It will minimise the exposure of acids to the teeth.Pineapples are even worse tho.

    I see a lot of people try but not succeed.


    most fat people are fat their whole lives.I have seen only a few lose weight, they try to lose weight by starving themselves,calorie restriction or looking for a magic pill.Oh yeah running as well .They don't understand that diet is 95% of success meaning they don't read meaning THEY DIDN"T TRY HARD ENOUGH.Being fat is actually a disease which attracts diabetis,blood pressure problems and heart disease like glue.Endomorphs can get ripped easily while ectomorphs will be always tiny due to genetic structure.

  3. Since I'm allergic to bananas, what might be a good substitute to still make the smoothie silky like you said the bananas do?


    I often use avocado's in my shakes, and this gives it a silky, smooth texture much like a standard dairy milkshake.

    For me, just a 1/4 to 1/2 of an avocado is enough to give it the right texture.


    when i mention avocado someone always says "oh that is too much fat" yet almonds have 7x more fat per 100g serving.


    p.s. i have never heard of anyone being allergic to bananas.OP What type of allergy do you have when you eat bananas?

    most fat people don't even try.There are exceptions.I had a neighbour who was 120 kg(fat as a rhino), he entered the gym and in a few months he lost like 35 kilos.Now he looks jacked and huge.I wish i was an endo

  5. I am a huge mma fan.When John Fitch went vegan he got ktfo by an unranked fighter.I am so glad he did, that guy is ultra boring.

    On topic- Mac Danzig,Diaz brothers,Jake shields are vegan.I think Lyoto Machida is a vegeterian altho i'm not sure.Matt Hammil is a vegeterian as well.

    So yeah i'm glad people are chaning their diets, i hope i can learn some diet tips from them

  6. Fruits and veggies contain all the protein you will ever need to build muscle. You don't need anything "high protein" or any protein powders.


    Fruits/vegetables are low in both protein and calories.1 banana has like 1 gram of protein,100 grams of zuchini has 3grams of protein.


    For you, I suggest YOU "check out" Daniel 1:12-16 which is a blatant demonstration of what a vegan diet does over others.


    good stuff.I don't get the WINE thing.It is everywhere in the bible yet alcohol is a well know toxin even in the smallest ammounts.

    Plant diet is superior to a meat eating one but plants are also living beings, i believe humans were bretherians before the Fall of men.The fall started with eating solid foods.Honestly eating is a pain in the ass, it's like a choire.We would be much better without food.

  8. i got food poisoning after eating a hamburger.It was filled with gmo soy.I honestly thought i was gonna die, my stomache just hurt so bad for like a week.That stuff is designed to kill you, if anyone says gmo is good for you is a complete and utter LIAR!!!
