  3. Peanut butter peanut butter is cool, depends on your goals I guess the sandwich context limits the amount one eats, and I can totally wreck a whole jar as part of my post workout meal.
  4. I have been gluten free for 4 years now, once you get into the habit and stop thinking of gluten products as 'food' it is easy.

  6. I probably do not qualify since I am just not going to attempt to test my bench. Last test was DL- 215 and Squat 180x3 I weigh 13st

  10. Two weeks off and I still look and feel awesome. I ran into some folks from the gym and their attitude about me not turning up without good reasons was not positive, I can see why really. I just don't share that enthusiasm, I think it is awesome that so many of you on here are so dedicated to what you do (Synny!)

  13. Ice ice baby! Hot/cold showers work wonders I have found. Have the shower as cold as you can stand it for as long as you can stand it, then as hot as you can stand it and repeat.
  14. I start my workouts with Eivor Palsdottir, and when I am fully erect I move on to the hard stuff. Amon Amarth is good, they have helped me a lot with motivation, not always motivation to lift, but motivation.
  15. Has anyone noticed a difference in attitude when lifting regularly compared with when not? I have noticed I am a much nicer person when I regularly lift heavy. I am a lot more easy-going, forgiving, patient etc.
  16. I kind of have a policy of being completely honest... You look emaciated. I honestly think you should pick up on the proteins and fats or you are going to get sick and probably face muscle and joint problems. If you're happy the way you are then cool, that's just my opinion.
