Fancied some cardio this morning
Rowing machine:
slow start to get the heart going for maybe 5 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of super intense trying to break the machine on the toughest setting. Then about an hour and a half at a good regular pace. Might do chest later after I obliterate my food supplies.

Got some light on me this time. I need to lose some fat and do some serious work on my chest!

OK, I write my weights as per dumbbell just to be clear. I am in South-West England, so I guess not that far from you.
-
Thanks man, it means a lot that someone else is taking an interest in what I do.
Does it make sense to write the weight of individual DBs or does it work better to do total weight? I wasn't sure which way to go with that.
-
Oops, I forgot some stuff!
seated tricep press: 30kgx 20x5
tricep kick back: 10kgx 20x 5

I really enjoyed this session, shoulders are my favourite body part to work on. I especially love the pump I get on my traps(?) it feels like good, healthy, hard-work.

strengthening them can have counter productive effect as far as my understanding reaches (they get jammed in there quite easily)
Please explain?

I am English, but I write like a Nigerian when I am tired. I don't have a training log yet, I feel like I should know what I am doing before advertising what I do.

Urgh, I hate working out. I have been doing it vaguely 'sometimes' for the past 5-6 months. I am pleased with the results, I just want to see how far I can take it. I have the strangest body, I spent all my life until 21 being really unable to gain weight, then I got obese for a few years and now I am how I am, it really brings me to question this whole endo/ecto/mesomorph thing. I tend to ramble in my morning posts, it is when I have the most coffee in my day (gotta love that lava java). So that is where I am coming from. I am vegan, I want to gain more muscle and stay as lean as possible and just be bff with everyone here :3

Thanks man! What I was really responding to was every other introduction got a response while mine sat there gathering cobwebs. I had an emo- moment

dam, not even a hello

Yes, i am trying to jog. The first few meters are like playing that game* where you have to press the keys to make the man run, I feel like I am going to end up a mess of limbs on the floor. I guess it is just a co-ordination thing that needs practice, it is so frustrating! I am not sure about barefoot running, where do you do it? how far?

I really am liking of your signature quotes. It is a very good quote from winston churchill.

Hello my friends, I am learning now how to 'work out' and be healthy on top of my busy and tough schedule of daily life. I hope to learn much from all of you, i have taken much inspiration already. peace and love.

I don't really eat much either, sometimes body wants sometimes body doesnt want and i think i do just fine listening to body.

I have absolutely no control over my feet whatsoever. I cannot maintain rhythm or a good pace. I started a few weeks ago and I am thinking of quitting.
