  1. ive looked and looked.....does neone know a few good RAW (vegan of course) souces of lysine????...... most fruits and vegatables seem to have mighty low levels of this essential amino and supossedly it is very signifacant, from what ive read, more so than most others, at building muscle tissue or rerpair what not...... my biggest "leaf"..(beef) ..HAHA oook moving on>> .. is that ive had and still am having cravings for cheese...cheese cheese cheese cheese cheese, and i was browsing the amino acid profile of a few food items and noticed my plant sources were lakin in lysine and guess who had it blown out they're dairy hole??....ya of course cheese....well ne way
  2. anyone here ever been?or any rainforest. I havent but im planin on it in spring,to work on an organic fruit farm. what did you do well u were there?(if u were)
  3. how tall are you? perhaps your tali wacker is in proportion with rest of your body. there are ways to stretch it out but ive read tht there are losts of risks like deformities and the possibility of not maintaining an erection(which would make it sexually useless no mater how big it is). as far as masturbation, its not a big deal if you do it once in a while but it does drain your testoserone and lots of vitimin and minerals(vital for body building) and the most of important is loss of spiritual energies, sumone posted it is a safe way to release sexuall tension.. bbut if you have lots of this tension and the only way your fixin it is through chronic dick beatin, you will be draining yourself of vital nutrients and energy(chi/prana)
  4. the negative is it contains naturally occuring MSG..if ya dont know what that is,read up! its no good for you, weather you have highly noticable effects or not.
  5. what do you use for a good natural deoderant,,, ive tried sum stuff like toms natural or w/e but got a rash,,,lately iv been using straight ess.oils they work ok fo about and hour or two though even when i used modern antipersperant i still smashed em wit my killer BO..seriously need help here

I definitly agree with the hemp ,, from what they say its awsome as far as its fatty acid and mineral content oh and of course the protien, but if you do so..chose plain hemp seed not meal or hemp protien powder as those are ground and have the oils removed..yes more protien concentration but those fats removed are essential ...i just grind them up in a coffee grinder and thow em in a smoothie
