So for some reason I am having a difficult time loosing that last bit of fat. I try to keep fat low and eating mainly qunioa, legumes, and greens. I have also noticed that I am hungry quite often, but as soon as I start to eat more I gain weight. Does anyone have any suggestions ? What do you do to cut fat? I have been a vegetarian for over a year and a vegan for about 4 months, but I am new to knowing when I need to do to get my body where I would like it to be. Any help would be appreciated
