  5. Ooh, well I think I see what you mean really. They do try to shock more than they try to help. I haven't come across them much really, I'm vegan for ethical/health purposes but I haven't looked that much into groups like peta. I'm still quite new to all this Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

  14. Hey thanks no I don't take anything post workout, I never really feel the need. Current lift stats(kg) Bench 80 Deadlift 138 Squat 85 Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  15. Sounds like your doing really well! I also alternate week by week between flat bench with bar or with dumbells. Just to mix it up abit, although I'm sure this is the the best for strength gains I'm. Finding it to be kindest on my shoulder which is abit dodgy! Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  16. I usually do decline bar, flat bar and incline dumbells, I find doing all three is much more effective Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  17. Friday night a friend offered me some seriously hot sauce. I accepted. Safe to say I couldn't run the next day. I'm fine now and should be even better next week Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

  19. I find I never really have an 'off day' at first I did due to impatience with results. But since seeing the progress I've made I'm excited to gym everyday and even on a plateau I'm still happy. My usual splits are, and back and bis, chest and tris, shoulders, legs. What are you hoping to achieve? Big strength or aesthetically pleasing looks? Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  20. Hey, welcome! What kind of program are you following? Starting strength is my recommendation to begin with Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  21. Hey sorry I haven't been on! Yes being vegan has stopped my strength losses. As with the cutting of weight strength diminishes yet today I weighed 151.2lbs and dead lifted 130kg for three. Which is just short of double bw and my abs are coming along also I got my run time down too 23:06 aiming for 22:30 this Saturday Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  22. Well done! Your progress is noticeable! Keep it up Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  23. Second 5k shaved 37 seconds Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  24. Did a 5km run today. 26:03 very Happy with this considering I don't run. Its every week, I'm going to do it every week and see how I progress Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  25. With pushups I simply do one more each day. Do you do dead lifts? They help you all over Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
