  1. situps 60 (next time I'll do them with weights on my chest) barbell military press: 17x5x4, 22x5x4, 27x5x2 29,5x5x1 next time 29x5 instead of 27,5 deadlifts: 29,5x8x2 57x5x2 easy, but there was some ugly pungent pain in my lower back.. pull-ups 3+2+2 still very very bad - maybe I should do them every morning?! stretching
  2. situps 60 barbell bench press 27x5x2; 37x5x2 42x5x2 squats 27x8x2 32x5x2 barbell bent over row 17x5x4 27x5x4 stretching better than I thought, I managed to complete everything I intended to do. my arms and legs are shaking nice
  3. I voted for Yes because I think everyone should be able to decide whether he wants to do harm to his body or not - and lab grown meat would reduce animal suffering drastically. most people wouldn't quit eating meat anyway
  4. situps 60 barbell military press: 17x5x4, 22x5x4, 27x5x2 29,5x4x1 new pb, I couldn't finish the 5th rep, though.... deadlifts: 29,5x8x2 49,5x5x2 not really hard pull-ups 3+2+2 (now, that's where I lost strength ) stretching alltogether I'm quite happy with the workout

  6. Bicep Curl 35kg 1 x 6, 2 x 4 <- wow! you did them using a barbell and two hands I guess, but nonetheless that's quite some weight! good work!
  7. situps 60 barbell bench press 27x5x2; 37x5x2 42x3x2 ....lost some strength, but not too much no squats because my legs sore like hell from deadlifting barbell bent over row 17x5x4 27x5x4 stretching not too bad, did some biceps curls and hammer curls as well time for a shake and a shower

  12. congrats on the pb 41 chin-ups is an impressive number even when not done in a row
  13. woahhh, very nice! keep it up you did bench presses? didn't know you own a weight bench!
