  10. hey thanks right, I should work out more often. do you think working out with one day rest in between is sufficient? that would be four times a week, or should I also change my workout? the problem with increased reps is that I would have to lower the weights, but maybe it would be worth the sacrifice and I'd gain strength faster.

  14. situps 60 I tried to do them as intense as possible barbell bench press 27x5x2; 37x5x2 42x5x2 42kilos are still challenging :/ squats 27x8x2 37x5x2 again, I almost died ad 37kg ..maybe better to decrease weight and increase reps barbell bent over row 17x5x4 27x5x2 stretching my legs are shaking
  15. thanks very much daywalker! that's exactly what I wanted to know Instead of rather big protein shakes with oil added I will have smaller ones witout oil immediately after my workout from now on.
