  1. alpro is, in my opinion the only enjoyable brand. i could not even force myself to drink the others
  2. i don't really know a lot about the political situation in spain, but european countries in general tend to move to the right in the last years
  3. where do you want to go if you plan to emigrate? its the same bullshit everywhere
  4. most people i meet call veganism extreme although they do not even know what veganism is in most cases. "you will get sick" "i would not know what to eat" "what do you eat at all" "you need meat and milk" it really sucks hearing all that stupid stuff over and over again

  9. i can understand that lab grown meat is kind of strange, but on the other side it reduces animal pain and suffering. there are people out there who will never ever change their (m)eating behavior.so they can consume that instead of "real" meat and make the killing and suffering of animals formerly used for meat production obsolete. in my opinion everybody can harm himself as much as he wants (smoking, drinking, drugs). but as soon as another creature gets involved, his freedom to act as he does ends. so i have to say, i like the idea of lab grown meat, although i would never eat it.
  10. ah, what i forgot to mention was my drinking habits: mostly malt beer, orange juice and water (descending ) alright thanks again for your tips, i'll try that. oh well, i can bench about 76 pounds for example, may seem laughable to you but when i started with working out i could barely do 40 usually i do 5 sets. the first 2 with fairly high repetitions. then increasing the weight and decreasing the repetitions.
  11. crash: i eat lots of beans, pasta, vegan sausages, cornflakes with soy milk, tofu, green vegetables, soy steaks and stuff. i eat when i am hungry, not at special times during the day. i would say i have 3 meals and some snacks in between, like potatoe chips, nuts and so on. willpeavy: thanks for your hints. maybe i should eat more oatmeal and try a little bit creatine
  12. daywalker, did you try flap-jack bars? they are great, although a bit expensive with 1,50 euro each
  13. i thought about that wax thing and came to the conclusion that the wax is not necessary at all BECAUSE there a hundreds of screaming girls all around you which drown out the music completely so you don't have the trouble getting that wax out of your ears again
