not only America, basically it's the same in most, if not every country. it may be that some are some years behind that development, but you can clearly see where the journey goes. I totally agree with what you say and I don't want to imply that he used the "dog example" to talk about animals without respect. It's just an example of how two-faced people are when it comes to their interests.
