  1. Hey Steffie,

Welcome to the forums. Dark chocolate is a massive winner to sort those cravings if need be as above . Substitute other sweet fruits though from time to time, eventually youll want the sweet fruits before the "junky" sweets!

I would advise taking things step by step so you do get to overwhelmed. It seems like your nearly vegan, perhaps focus on getting through a few days of vegan before hitting the gym. Once youve got a vegan routine going, then you could look into cardio and heavy weights etc. as above.

It all comes down to how you learn though and your personality.

    Good luck!!!

  2. Sorry to hear about your situation.

Why did you go vegan exactly? I assume you've told your family the reasons, and if they are not willing to listen, then so be it. It must be hard with them in the same household! In terms of a job, can you work in retail at all to get a little bit of money coming in?

Also, other than watercolourist, what are your other interests? There are many courses you can take online for free now at places such as coursera.org, perhas you can take some courses here which could help lead to a job.

    Left field option, busk?

Hope you get a break soon!

  3. Hi I'm in Vancouver, I took the ACSM exam. I work for a personal training school and a lot more students are taking ACE now .

    Hey pphelps,

thanks for posting! When you say more students are taking the ACE now, is that a good thing in your opinion? Which school are you at?

I work for Infofit educators, have a look at their website. If you want to get into clinical exercise then do ACSM its more geared to that, ACE is a great certification to have also planning on starting studying to take ACE PT exam .

Sweet, will check it out now Thanks, looks liek ACE it is for me!
